3. For every transaction initiated through the platform where a buyer purchases the Expert’s services, a platform fee equal to 20% of the total transaction amount will be deducted.
4. Payments made by buyers for the Expert’s services will be processed through the platform’s designated payment gateway.
5. The Expert agrees to provide accurate and valid payment information for receiving payouts from the platform.
6. Payouts to the Expert will be processed in accordance with the platform’s payment schedule.
7. The Expert agrees to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards related to the provision of professional services, including but not limited to licensing requirements.
8. The Expert is solely responsible for any disputes, claims, or liabilities arising from their services.
